I've been working with the folks at Metropolis magazine and the Maryland Institute College of Art to bring Metropolis editor in chief Susan Szenasy to town for a screening of her new documentary Brilliant Simplicity. Metropolis magazine and the Maryland Institute College of Art present a conversation with editor in chief Susan S. Szenasy on the pressing need for research in design. Szenasy will screen Brilliant Simplicity: 15 Designers Research Collaborate Innovate, a new, short film that traces the many ways breakthroughs can happen in a design practice and she will challenge you to consider new approaches in your own work.
